The Growth plan seeks to;

• Provide a single summary of the community priorities an actions which were identifies as the responsibility of Development Coll ( following work with the Coll Community Council)
• Define areas of action and demonstrate dependencies and links between community growth objectives
• Set out the broad steps towards acheiving these growth priorities under which more detailed prjects will be developmed and progressed.
• Provide a reference point for Development Coll's work for the next 5 year

Development Coll will work closely with other community organisations and off island agenices to ensure a cohesive approach that maximises the island's resources.
